The three-month trial customer support contract discounts my normal service pricing by almost 25%. Regular onsite service is $100.00/hr. With this promotional offer, it is just $75/hr. That's cheaper than my regular in-house rate. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 24 hour, 7 day a week emergency service is available if needed.
Level 1: Standard Customer Service Agreement - $150.00
2 hrs./mo. two business day service: (regularly $200.00)
This is for the small business that relies somewhat on their computer system(s), but can get by for a short period of time without their system(s). The Standard customer service contract includes 2 hours per month of guaranteed support to be used on call or scheduled regular visits. On Call service will be provided within 48 hours or by the end of the following business day. Level 2: Valued Customer Service Agreement - $300.00
4 hrs./mo. response within 24 hours: (regularly $400.00)
This is the standard support plan for businesses with established individual or small-network systems. Valued customer service includes four hours per month of support, including any maintenance necessary to keep your systems running at peak performance and reliability. On Call service will be provided within 24 hours of your call. Time accrued over four hours will be billed at the end of the month at a discounted rate of $75.00 per hour (regularly $100.00). Level 3: Preferred Customer Service Agreement - $600.00
8 hrs./mo. same business day service: (regularly $800.00)
If you have a large network, and/or your business depends on your systems being up and running at peak performance every hour of every business day, I recommend my Preferred service contract. Preferred service includes eight hours of support per month, including any maintenance necessary to keep your systems running perfectly. Moreover, assistance with any problem will be provided on the same business day of your request on any business day (M-F), provided the request is made before 11:00 a.m. Time accrued over eight hours will be billed at a discounted rate at the end of the month of $75.00 per hour (regularly $100.00). Level 4: VIP Customer Service Agreement - $1,125.00
15 hrs./mo. same business day service: (regularly $1,500.00)
VIP service is designed for the company with large network that needs to be maintained on a regular basis. Companies with this service contract will receive a weekly onsite service call, automatically. This is to insure that the network remains in perfect working condition every hour of every business day. If an emergency does occur, VIP customers will receive service within two hours of the initial request, provided that the request is made before 3:00 p.m. Time accrued over 15 hours will be billed at the end of the month, at a discounted rate of $75.00 per hour (regularly $100.00).
